Don’t forget the usual Coffee Mornings held on the first Saturday of each month in the Village Hall. Chance to catch up on the local gossip and enjoy a get-together. Bring and Take books, CD‘s, DVD‘s, Puzzles etc etc swap

BURTON LAZARS ARTS AND CRAFT CLUB
An opportunity for artisans to meet together in pleasant surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy being creative. Be it calligraphy, ceramics, computer graphics, drawing, needlework, painting, origami, or any other craft. Kindly note that there will be no tuition and materials will not be provided.
This club meets on Thursdays from 2.00 - 4.30pm in Burton Lazars Village Hall. Joining fee of £5 and then £1 per week. For further details contact Chris Clayton on 01664 563119 or Robert Bridges on 01664 564774

NEW YEARS EVE
As previously reported there will be no official New Years Eve Party this year.

HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
Davidson Developers are resubmitting a proposal to develop behind Kirby Lane. They have increased the application to 1500 houses plus new local centre, primary school, play area etc .
